Oilsafe jugs lids and spouts work together to keep contaminants out of your oil supply and make refilling machinery, simple, clean and exact. the right product in the right machine every time.

 

Identify

Using an incorrect lube can be just as damaging as not lubricating at all. The cornerstone of an effective lubrication management system is providing clear fill point and lubrication device identification. The Oilsafe 10 colour identification system removes the potential for lubrication errors.

 

Pumps

Oilsafe pumps allow you to fill hard to reach spots without spilling and create a completely sealed system to fill a 3, 5 or 10L jug from bulk supply via a quick disconnect and discharge to machinery through the discharge hose.

 
 

Grease guns

Match a colour coded grease gun with a matching grease nipple protector to eliminate confusion and contamination. Oilsafe grease guns are designed to withstand tough industrial use year after year.

Fill with a 400gm cartridge or from your bulk stores, these grease guns will operate at up to 5000 PSI and come with 100mm steel and 150mm flexible extension.
